Get started easily with building your event platform

With the ConferenceCommunicator Administration System, you have one Content Management System that you use for all handling of your events. You then only have to get to know one system, and you naturally gain the advantage that data can be easily transferred from one module to another.

You build your event tools such as registration site, event app, matchmaking etc. based on system templates, so it's easy to get started. You can copy and edit all content, so that you and your colleagues can gradually create your own templates.


Send messages as e-mail, SMS, and push messages

A central part of the ConferenceCommunicator event platform is our messaging system, from which you send e-mails, SMS, and push messages. You get the message module regardless of which other modules you choose. You simply have to select whether you want to send SMS messages, and you can send push messages if you use the event app.

You send the messages as soon as you create them or schedule them to be sent at a specific time. You can send mass messages to everyone on the participant list or select specific groups of recipients via the system's pre-selection. You can see the history of messages and you can copy and edit them.

Quickly gain insight into participants' registration status and preferences

From the administration system's dashboard, you quickly get an insight into your participants' registration status and preferences. You see how many participants and exhibitors are registered, unregistered and possibly on the waiting list. As well as how many have arrived and distributed to the various tracks and workshops.

You also get an insight into the participants' interests in the content of the event app and preferences for the program via personal program and possibly definite registrations for the program. This insight gives you useful tools for both the event in question and future events.
