ConferenceCommunicator modules of choice 

Since there are different needs for an event system, we offer ConferenceCommunicator as a modular based event system. You choose the modules and features of choice to plan and run your event, e.g. Registration system, Event App, Matchmaking platform and so on.

You will experience the advantage of using an "all-in-one" event system with access to one administration system and with natural data integration between the different modules, e.g. regsitration system, event app and matchmaking. However, you can also choose just 1 or 2 modules, even if you have a different registration system.

In addition you can puchase access to onsite print of name tags, seating and maybe api-module to integrate ConferenceCommunicator to your CRM-system or economic system.

ConferenceCommunicator license price varies according to need which is why we can only give you a relevent offer when we know your need. However, we show some price examples for our Registration system and Event App.

We provide access to the license on an annual basis whether you have one or more annual events. You pay for the modules of choice and the totale amount of annual particpants. You can be as many administrators to create content and to administer the system. We provide free customer support to one super administrator.
