Who is Attendwise and what drives us?

Attendwise Aps is a Danish software company that develops and markets the event platform ConferenceCommunicator, as well as the digital guest registration Guestbook. With the name Attendwise, we want to signal that we make meetings and events smart with our digital solutions and services.

Our mission is to digitize the event industry for event organizers who want to save time and provide increased value to their participants and exhibitors.

 

Our Vision is to become event organizers' preferred partner when they want to professionalize their events with the aid of our event platform.

 


Who is behind Attendwise and ConferenceCommunicator?

Behind Attendwise are the partners Jeannette Eis, our CEO and Sales & Marketing Manager, and Mikael Klante, our CTO. Together, we drive the company forward to live up to our mission to digitize the event industry to create value for all parties, and our vision to be the event organizers' preferred partner.


What drives us and what is our story?

What drives us at Attendwise is simply to deliver a professional event management platform that solves the need of event professionals, as well as to provide a customer centric service. We always have the purpose in mind, to create value for the event organizer as well as for their participants, exhibitors and sponsores. There is no doubt that we are passionate about what we do. 

We have a constant focus on develope and optimize ConferenceCommunicator in close cooperation with our customers. We always listen to needs and suggestions of new features that provide value to all. But it is not just about the technical event platform. We are in favour of providing a good customer centric support and service of which we are well known for.

The company was founded in 2011 as a software company that developed different customer specific software solutions. But when we learned the need and demand of event tech, based on customer cases, we went all in from 2015 to start the development of ConferenceCommunicator. Over the years, we have constantly developed new valuable features based on customer demands which means that we today offer a complete all-in-one event management platform.

Attendwise' s beginning
Back in 2011 when Attendwise (former "Sortkaffe") was founded, the mission was to develope customer specific software solutions for municipalities and museums.

Based on a customer case with Aarhus Municipality, we began the developing of ConferenceCommunicator Event App in 2014. We have since then continued to add new valuable features to suit the need of "all".

The ConferenceCommunicator all-in-one event platform saw its beginning in 2015 with the developement of new features due to our awareness of the need of an all-in-one event management platform.

Event platform for professional events: Today we proudly offer a modular-based event management platform for all professional events, e.g. conferences, exhibitions, business events, networking events.

Mikael Klante - CTO & Partner

Mikael is Attendwise's CTO and chief architect behind the solutions. He has more than 25 years of experience with system development and project management of digital solutions. Before he founded Attendwise, he was the online manager in an advertising agency, in where he solved a number of web tasks for large business customers.

Mikael is great in converting the customer's input and needs into usable technical solutions. He is known for solving things quickly. He doesn't like long 2-do lists. It does not take long from idea and input to development and implementation, when it is in accordance to the development roadmap, of course.

Jeannette Eis, sales

Jeannette Eis - CEO & Partner

Jeannette is Attendwise's CEO and head of sales and marketing. She ties the business goals together with Attendwise's vision and mission and work closely with Mikael to ensure product developement according to customer demands and needs. Jeannette has, without a doubt, a clear passion for helping event organizers in planning and executing events with event software as a tool.

Jeannette likes to contribute with inspiration to event organizers by written and video blog posts, and events, about planning and executing events with event technology as help.

 

Jacob Mikkelsen - Customer supporter

Jacob is Attendwise's primary customer supporter. Jacob is ready to answer any questions from customers by phone, e-mail or our ticket system. Jacob undoubtedly has service in his DNA and really wants to help customers well on their way.

Jacob also helps to optimize the support functions, such as preparing video guides (tutorials), Q & A and input for user manuals and instructions. When customers want us to provide a ready to use solution with their content, e.g.  Registration system or event app, Jacob create their content and ensures that they get a fully delivered and implemented solution.
